1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product. Many phone accessories (cases, cables, chargers) start at 50–100 pieces; solar panels typically from 50–100 watts. We always tell you the exact MOQ before you order, and we can arrange sample orders first.

2. How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer (T/T), Alibaba Trade Assurance, and for larger orders, letter of credit. Typical terms are 30% deposit with the balance against the shipping documents. Never pay 100% upfront on first orders.

3. How long does shipping take?

Sea freight from China to Lagos takes 30–40 days for containers. Air freight takes 5–8 days but costs more per kilogram. Samples are usually shipped by air.

4. Can I get samples before a bulk order?

Yes – we strongly recommend samples. We can ship 1–5 units of any product by air so you can check quality before committing to a container.

5. What about SONCAP and customs?

We work with factories that can provide SONCAP-compliant documentation, and our logistics partners can handle clearance in Lagos. You can also use your own clearing agent.

6. What warranty do products carry?

Solar panels typically carry a 25-year performance warranty (12-year product warranty); batteries and electronics vary by type (1–5 years). We state the warranty for every product in your quotation.

7. Do you offer private label / custom branding?

Yes. Factories in our network can print your brand on packaging and products. Tell us your brand name and the products, and we will arrange it.

8. Can you deliver to my city in Nigeria?

We ship door-to-door to Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja and most major cities. For other locations we deliver to Lagos port/warehouse and can arrange domestic transport on your behalf.

9. How do I know the factory is real?

Every factory in our network is visited and verified by our China-based team. We can arrange a video call with the factory before you pay, and share production photos of your actual order.
